((OOC: Var nice way to insert your character, Matt! Tho, you did kind of interrupt what I had planned next...^^; Oh well. I can RP around it.)) "What is it, Sensei?" Jiro asked as he ran to the door, his teammates and Harumi following. Toroku lowered his arm and stood at ease. "A ninja not of our village," he explained in a serious tone, not taking his gaze off the intruder for a second. "Then let's kick his ass!" Sachi demanded, and Toroku was behind her in the blink of an eye, his hand over her mouth. She squeaked in shock at the sudden movement. "Shut up, Oni-chan," Toroku said harshly, still staring at the ninja. He could feel Sachi growl into his hand for calling her that, but he didn't back down. He wanted to avoid a fight at all cost, and he wasn't about to let the harsh words of his sister provoke one. "It's ok, I'm not here to fight. I'm looking for help," the ninja explained, taking a step closer to the door. This time, Harumi, and even Zinan and Jiro, pulled kunai from their holsters and readied themselves for defense. The ninja immediately took a step backwards. "How do we know Gen didn't send you? How did you even get into our village unnoticed?" Harumi pushed, interrogating the rouge. "I don't know anyone named Gen, I promise. My name is Matsumi Tashi, of the Oni Village. And I specialize in shadow jutsu," he explained. "I came here because I figured your ninja had similar techniques, and could help me in the way of training." Harumi relaxed, and looked to Toroku for advice. Toroku stood, removing his hand from Sachi's mouth. "I see," he said. "In that case, I guess it wouldn't hurt to let you watch our training. But I was about to split my team up for seperate training..." Toroku trailed off, thinking of how he could help Tashi. "I suppose you could stick around with me and Jiro as I train him. But I'm afraid I only specialize in lightning jutsu, so I don't know how much help I'll be to you." "Hm, perhaps there is another?" Tashi asked after heaving a sigh. Toroku grinned. "Actually, there is. And we were just on our way to meet him." ~~~ Toroku lead his team, Harumi and Tashi to a very popular sake bar in a busier part of town. They walked in, and Toroku scanned the room. "How do you know he'll be here?" Zinan asked. "Trust me, he will be." Toroku and Harumi said in unison. Finally, Toroku spotted him at the end of the bar. With a pleased smile, he lead them over to a young man the same age as Toroku and Harumi. He had silver hair with bangs that hung in his face and spiked in the back, and he looked drunker than a dog. He looked up as Toroku and Harumi walked up, light brown eyes staring up at them with a stupid drunk expression. When he recognized them, he lit up. "Toro-kun! Haru-chan!" he greeted with a slur, throwing his hands up above his head. "How long's it been? Have a drink!" The man shoved a shotglass of sake at them, but they pushed it away with a 'no thank you'. "Good to see you too, Yuko-kun," Toroku said. He then turned to Zinan. "Zinan, this is Yuko, your new trainer." Zinan's jaw dropped. "This guy?!" he exclaimed. "He's a dirty drunk!" "And a wonderful ninja," Toroku said, waggling a finger. "When he's sober," he added under his breath. He then turned back to Yuko. "Yuko, I'd like you to meet my squad. Sachi, Zinan and Jiro," he introduced to Yuko, who turned and waved. Yuko then turned to Toroku. "What are you doing, Toroku?" he demanded. "What are you here for? I know you didn't stroll in here with a bunch of kids just for me to meet them after we haven't seen each other in a year." Toroku cleared his throat. "Always straight to business with you, Yuko-kun," he said. "I'm here about Senti Gen. We had an encounter with him on our mission out of the country, and I came here to ask you to train Zinan. You're the best ninja for the job; we need him good and ready to help me take out Gen in at least three months," Toroku explained. Yuko snorted. "That's the stupidest idea I've ever heard, Toroku," he criticized, and Toroku scowled. "If you wanna take out a powerful rouge ninja like Gen, why not round up a bunch of your jonin pals and hunt him down? Or me and Harumi? Why would you take a bunch of inexperienced kids? So they can die?" The genin tensed at this last comment. "No. I wouldn't let them die. It's more of a lesson, really. I want to teach them to never betray their friends," Toroku explained. "And of course I wouldn't take just them, I intended for you and Harumi to come along. So please, will you train Zinan or not?" Yuko thought for a moment, as he stared into his glass of sake. He had never known Gen, or Toroku and Harumi's old sensei. None of this really had anything to do with him, so what would he gain from doing this? he wondered. After downing a swallow of sake, he slammed the glass on the bar. "Fine, I'll do it," he said finally. Toroku's face lit up. "Thank you, Yuko-kun," he said gratefully, and bowed, pulling Zinan down with him. "Tanaka Zinan is a good student, and you won't be sorry." Yuko snorted, and poured himself another shot of sake. "Heh, sure I won't." Suddenly, Toroku remembered Tashi, the intruder ninja who had seeked training. He cleared his throat again, and proceeded to fish for another favor from Yuko. "Also, Yuko, if it isn't too much trouble, Matsumi Tashi of the Oni Village here would like to watch in on your training of Zinan. He's eager to learn more about shadow jutsu, and you seem to be fairly good at that," he asked. "Whatever," Yuko slurred after downing another shot. "As long as he doesn't get in my way." "Thank you very much, Yuko-kun," Toroku thanked a second time. He then lightly grabbed the back of Yuko's neck, and grinned as he leaned closer to his ear. "Now stop downing sake like a dirty drunk in front of my squad or I'll cut your lips off," he threatened, his sly grin plastered on his face. "Good to see you again, Toroku," Yuko said with a smile as he put down his glass. Toroku released Yuko's neck and patted him on the back, then proceeded to usher everyone back outside. "See you at the training grounds tomorrow!" Toroku said as he waved good-bye. As soon as they were out the door, Yuko went back to drinking. ((OOC: yay dirty drunks~! ))

Zukuto, Kaori and Merodi silently snuck out of the village with only one more fighting incident that Zukuto quickly diffused with a swift punch to the back of the neck. The group hid in Kaori's cloak and walked out of the gate to the village. Once they were safely away Kaori squirmed a bit and let the other two out.
"This thing was only meant for one you know," she said straightening her cloak.
"Thanks Kaori," Zukuto said and walked ahead a little bit. He looked up into the night sky and took a deep breath in.
"Zukuto," Merodi said uncomfortably, "what happened back there?"
Zukuto frowned and looked down at the ground.
"Come with me, there is a lot I need to tell you guys."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Zukuto lead the two girls deeper into the forest. They walked deeper and deeper until Kaori and Merodi were completely disoriented. Zukuto stopped in a clearing with a large tree in the center. It was tall enough to be lost up in the canopy and wide enough to take a few minutes to walk around it. It gave Merodi a sense of vertigo just looking up at it.
"You may want to sit down for this," He said. "Ganjou za Nagare no Jutsu!"
Zukuto focus his chakra and ran at the large tree. He jumped up into the air and sailed down at the base of the tree. He cross chopped the tree and it splintered on contact. The tree split perfectly from side to side. Then it heaved and fell over into the clearing. Zukuto hit the ground and clenched his fist. He motioned for the girls over and patted the new stump. Kaori walked over with wide eyes and Merodi froze up. She regained her composure and followed Kaori. They both sat on the stump and looked up at Zukuto who was now walking away in front of them. He stopped in front of them both and turned to face them.
"What I am about to show you I have never showed anyone but my last sensei Toshiro," Zukuto said graveley. Kaori and Merodi nodded and looked intently at Zukuto.
Zukuto took a deep breath and grabbed his right sleeve. He pulled it upwards until his bare arm was showing. He turned to the left until A black symbol was visible on his arm. Merodi jumped up and began to back away.
"The Five Season Seal!" she exclaimed. "Where did you get that?"
"You've seen this before?" Zukuto asked shocked.
"Well, no," she replied. "But one of our past hokages had one like that. His name started with an N or something. Reminds me of a food."
((Lol naruto reference))
"Well this is what that was back in the pub," Zukuto continued. "In situations like that the Leviathon Demon sometimes surfaces and I lose it."
Kaori examined the marking and looked up at Zukuto.
"This is your big secret?" Kaori asked. "It's tremendous, don't get me wrong, but is there anything else?"
Zukuto lowered his head and walked over to the stump. He pulled his sleeve back down, concealing his mark.
"The reason I'm telling you rhis is because I trust you both. The reason I'm telling you, my squad, about this, is because," he paused for a moment as if gathering himself.
"...This demon is the reason most of my last squad is dead."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the news had been broken to the squad Zukuto stood with his head down in front of the two girls.
"I just don't want the same fate to befall you two," he said.
Merodi stood and put her hand on Zukuto's shoulder. Zukuto looked up to meet her smiling face.
"Aw, c'mon Zukuto," Merodi said. "Cheer up! What happened to the grinning guy that I met?"
Zukuto chuckled and stood up straighter.
"I'm sorry for your loss," Merodi continued. "But that won't happen again. Not with us!"
Kaori stood next to Merodi as well and nodded in agreement. Zukuto smiled and wrapped them both in a hug.
"Thanks guys," he said.
A look of concern flashed across Zukuto's face and he jumped away from the two girls and whipped out a kunai.
"There's something coming," he said.
The two girls looked around, confused.

((OOC: why is this dead? *kicks it*))
The next morning, Toroku, Sachi, Zinan, Jiro, Harumi and Tashi had all arrived at the training grounds. Toroku stood there, looking around, disappointment upon his face.
"Of course Yuko didn't show," he muttered angrily. "That dirty drunk."
"Would you shut up about that 'dirty drunk' business? I don't always drink!" Everyone wheeled around to find Yuko, who was leaning against a very beaten-up practice log. He cocked a sly smirk, and Toroku smiled at him.
"Yuko-kun! I knew you'd show up!" he said merrily.
"Heh, sure. I could tell by the way you doubted me," Yuko replied, and walked over to join his fellow ninja.
Before saying anything, Toroku took Zinan by the shoulder and guided him over to Yuko.
"In case you were too drunk to remember last night, this is Tanaka Zinan, and you will be training him for a few months," Toroku explained. Zinan covered up his disappointment in a newly appointed sensei with a smile, and managed a wave. Yuko grunted, huffing a strand of silver hair out of his eyes.
"Fine. But I still think this plan of yours is idiodic, Toroku," Yuko admitted. Toroku simply shrugged.
"Toroku-sensei, if this is all we're doing here, then why did you make us pack our bags?" Sachi piped up when she refused to stay silent any longer. Her brother turned to her.
"Because this is where we depart, Imouto," he explained, flashing her a disarming smile. The three genin let their jaws hang open in disbelief.
"Depart? What's that supposed to mean?" Jiro demanded.
"It means in order to train, our three seperate squads will be in different places, not interacting or disturbing the others," Toroku explained more thuroughly.
"Then let's get this going, so I can be done with it as soon as possible," Yuko said with a sigh, and the rest nodded.
Toroku explained further his plan: he and Jiro were to train in the south-western area of the country, Yuko, Zinan and Tashi were to go to the north (because they had the best bars, so Yuko wouldn't complain as much), and Harumi and Sachi were to train in the eastern area. When they had their coordinations and an idea of what was to be taught, they turned to leave their seperate ways.
But before Sachi departed, she quickly ran over to Toroku, and caught him by the wrist. He turned around, only to be met by Sachi flinging her arms around his neck in a hug. He smiled, and returned the gesture.
"I won't say I'll miss you," Sachi admitted. Toroku chucked.
"Just be good, Imouto." He ruffled her hair, and sent her on her way. He looked up to meet Harumi's eyes, and gave her a nod. He had great confidence that she would turn his little sister into a wonderful kunoichi, and young lady.
((OOC: Short, but I'm frigggin tired. D: 3 'g's to emphasize my point. And for anyone who doesn't know, 'imouto' means 'little sister', not onii-chan. I have been corrected, so disregard whenever else I've said it.))

((hello all im back from ze dead! Please forgive me for my long absence...))
Jin, Yogi, Hiroki, and their sensei Tamasine continued on towards Hidden Leaf Village. Jin was very much relieved that Tashi had parted company with them the day before, as she had been deeply suspicious of his friendliness and desire to accompany them. In her opinion, he was either a quack or deviously evil.
"Three humans- ground level- seventy yards and closing- south by south west!" said Hiroki, who was obviously using his radar jutsu he was so proud of.
Team five came to a halt on the nearest stable tree branch. Jin pointed and laughed at Yogi, whose branch sprouted new buds while he was standing on it.
"Are you sure that's all?" asked Tamasine, looking around the forest quietly, obviously disturbed that his genin had recognized the presence of three humans before he had.
Hiroki nodded. "Well, then," said Tamasine, "what would be the smartest movement to take now....Jin...?"
"Sneak up very slowly..." she started, "then drop down and open up a can of whoop--"
"No." Tamasine said dissapointedly. "Hiroki?"
"Well, we could adjust our route to go around them and avoid alerting them... but it might be beneficial to gather intelligence on who they are, and if they are dangerous before proceeding."
"Correct." answered Tamasine proudly. Jin scowled and turned red in the face, glowering at Hiroki and making faces behind her sensei's back. Luckily Hiroki was blind, and Tamasine was indifferent.
The team of genins silently approached the three figures, which all of them could see now, sitting on a trunk in the middle of the forest. Tamasine whispered instructions to all of them.
Jin dropped out of the trees very close to where the two girls and one boy were sitting. She dimly remembered the boy from somewhere....
"You don't look like Konoha nin to me!" she shouted, trying to puff her tiny body up to be as large and intimidating as possible. "I just happened to pass a town on my way here.... all torn up... said a few undersized ninjas terrorized them. Now those villagers aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, but this is our country and you can't just barge in and attack people!!!"
Jin waited. The three just stared at her silently.
"Well... if you haven't attacked me by now... you must be alright..." she said, then whistled. Yogi and Hikori leapt down beside her.
"And by the way, I was just kidding." (sweat drop from Jin) "Yep, just wanted to see wether you were looking for a fight or not."
The three looked at her like she was crazy. Well, she thought, I guess it serves me right. Damn sensei, now these people think I'm a moron.
Jin let out a nervous laugh. ;D "SO! Nice to meetcha! My name is Kobayashi Jin, and these are my teammates Yogi and Hikori!"

((lol good way to come back Wrath, i was actually gonna ask you if u wanted to meet up anyway )) Zukuto took a deep breath of relief and put his kunai away. The two girls looked quizically at the newcomers. Merodi noticed their Leaf Village headbands and grinned. "It's ok guys," she said. "They're from Konoha." Zukuto examined the one named Jin more closely. Her dark brown hair was tied back in a bun with her bangs falling loosley over her forehead. Her eyes were as blue as his own and she younger than himself. She looked vaguely familliar. "Hello Jin," Zukuto said walking toward her with his arm outstretched. "I am Takashi Zukuto. I am from, as you can tell, Takigakure. The two with me are part of my squad. The one over there in the black is Kaori. She is from the Moon Village. The one on the left is named Merodi. She is from the Leaf Village, as are you. We had another from your village as a part of our group, Faari Sutsu, but he has gone into training and wont return for a while." Jin looked the three of them over. Tamasine, Yogi, and Hiroki approached as well seeing that the group was no threat. "Your all on the same squad but yor from different villages, how is that possible?" Jin asked scratching her head. "We're part of an Elite squad of Shinobi. I am the leader of this squad that was put into comission by the Hitokage. We work for any village that needs help and fight for the combined nations of Waterfall, Leaf and Moon." Tamasine stepped forward. "I've heard of you. I heard that the Hitokage was planning on forming a group of people to fight for us but I didn't think he would do it so soon. It's been a while; I heard that back in my ANBU days." Jin cleared her throat. "Oh i forgot about you guys! Let me introduce you to MY squad!" Jin said proudly. Hiroki shook his head. ((I'll let you do this since you know them better than I do))

"My name is Toshiba Yogi!" said the blonde Konoha ninja, stepping forward to shake the hands of each of the strangers, giving them each a surprise as their hands met him. With Yogi's leaky chakra, a handshake was a sure sign that he did not consider Zukuto, Merodi, or Kaori to be foes. He flashed them a large grin.
"Yamaha Hiroki." followed the tall, dark haired ninja. He bowed to them but said nothing more.
"Aikimoto Tamasine," said the sensei, is gold eyes peering out from behind his face covering cloths. "pleased to meet you. Yes, I've heard of your group before--
"You mean you guys all came together from different places to form a team that helps out more than just your own country???" Jin stammered, amazed. She had always thought that ninja kept to themselves...if they had a choice...and she had believed that only Konoha was a kind enough village to befriend ninjas from other nations. Her own parents had fled the Hidden Mist Village before she was born because of the brutical practices of that country. She had always assumed that all other ninja were as cruel as the Mist nin.
"Hey, let's be friends too!" exclaimed Yogi somewhat childishly. Hiroki scowled at him.
"Well, it was nice meeting you, but we were on our way back to Hidden Leaf Village and we have urgent buisness to attend to..." Tamasine said, starting to walk away.
Jin hesitated. She felt as though to walk away would be a great mistake, the loss of an opportunity that only came along once in a life time. She had never been too enthusiastic about the life of a ninja. Her family's occupation seemed to cause others much pain... not to mention the pain it had already caused her own family. Her parents were dead because of it.... her older brothers had been forced to act as parents for the remaining children at a much younger age than they should have because of it...
All the kiling and fighting had often seemed pointless to Jin. But suddenly, she had discovered a purpose in life. Fighting to protect others, to serve the greater good. Not just assassination missions, not fighting because that's what they had been paid to do...
"Could I... Could I join you guys?" she asked Zukuto quietly. No doubt they just thought she was a silly genin, but she had to ask, because she felt as if this were what she had been looking for for a long time.
Hiroki frowned behined his glasses.
"Jin..." he growled, "...this is none of our buisness."
Yogi smiled at Jin in approval.
Tamasine stopped and turned to face Jin. The two were quiet for a long time. "I have to get back to Konoha, Jin. You know its important..."
"Please, sensei? I mean, I just want to see what these guys do, see what it's like!"
"You still have a team to think about." Hiroki said, forcing the emotion out of his voice.
Tamasine thought for a minute. Then he said, "Hiroki's right, Jin, you and your team need to stick together..."
Hiroki smiled, pleased with his victory-
"So Hiroki, Yogi, you stay with Jin and accompany her if she wishes to go with this group."
"WHA-??!!" Hiroki shouted in shock and anger.
Tamasine walked over to Jin. "Now, this isn't permanent, but I know it's important for you, so I'll let you guys go on your own for a while. There's a very good chance I will be gone from Konoha for a long time after I deliver this intelligence."
Jin took the sealed scroll he had given to her out of her pocket and handed it to him. She looked up at her sensei. whose eyes suddenly seemed old and tired. She suddenly had second thoughts about leaving his side...
"If these guys take you along, use it to get in some good training. If not, head back to Konoha and train there. Don't worry about me..."
But Jin stared up at him still and he could see she was worried. He sighed and took out a kunai, making a small cut on his hand in the process. He cut Jin's hand as well, then held the wounds together. Jin looked at him like he was crazy.
"This way, I can use The Signal if I need to find you. It tracks my blood's identity.... behave, look after Yogi, and remember Hiroki is your teammate. I'll see you soon."
With that, her sensei dissapeared with a cloud of smoke. Jin turned back to her teammates and the other ninja, waiting for someone to speak.

"Well you three," Zukuto began, "I don't know if you can join us just yet. We'll have to make a trip back to the Waterfall village before I can say for sure you can stay. We were actually on our way to the Sand village for our current mission so more help would be welcome."
"It's settled then! We'll go with you and learn some stuff about being better ninja!" Jin exclaimed happily.
"No," Hiroki said defiantly. "We won't. Not until we can know for sure that they're even better than we are."
Jin turned and glared at Hiroki. Hiroki meerly walked passed her toward Zukuto.
"Show us that you are even worth our time," Hiroki said with a sly grin.
Jin and Yogi looked at each other and shook their heads.
Baka, Jin thought. Why are you such a jerk?
"Very well," Zukuto said. "Merodi, would you be so kind as to show them your 'worth?' "
Merodi stepped forward and nodded with a smile. "Gladly."
She pulled out a single kunai and threw it at a nearby tree. It imbedded itself into the tree quite deep. Hiroki snickered.
"Is that it?" he asked.
The kunai exploded causing the tree to errupt into flames. The pieces of the tree showered over Hiroki and the others causing them to sheild their heads. Hiroki quickly got up and brushed himself off.
"Ok so you have some skill," he said with out showing his suprise at the explosion. "What can you do?" he said pointing at Kaori.
"Hiroki that's enough!" Jin exclaimed.
Hiroki meerly waved her off and waited for Kaori to move. Zukuto looked back at her and winked. Kaori smirked and dissapeared into the shadows. Jin and Yogi looked around frantically for where she may have gone but couldn't find her. Hiroki stood still and smiled.
"I know where you are," he said. "My jutsu shows me your location regardless."
A katana materialized underneathe his neck as she melted into reality.
"Really?" Kaori said moving the blade so it tapped his cheek. Hiroki jumped at the suddeness of the tap.
"Wha-but how? You were over there!" he snapped pushing away from her. Kaori sheathed her katana and walked back over to where Merodi was. She stuck her hand out and she slapped it in victory.
Hiroki was angry now. He looked to Zukuto and said, "What are you smiling at? If your so great prove it!"
Zukuto turned and walked away toward Jin and Yogi. He whispered somthing in their ears. They both went wide eyed and looked back at the stump where they had found the three of them. Behind it was a Gigantic tree that had laid waste to a small portion of the forest. They looked back to each other and then back to Hiroki.
"Well?" Hiroki said frustrated.
"I don't need to prove myself to you," Zukuto said. "I am to be a Jounin soon."
"Bah!" Hiroki scoffed. "You just can't do anything of value can you?"
Zukuto shook his head and removed his forehead protector. He dropped his pouch of kunai and tightened his hand wrappings. He looked up at Hiroki and rolled his neck around.
"Hit me," he said. "If you can."
Hiroki raised an eyebrow. Yogi made to say, "Don't!" but Jin stopped him, wanting to see what would happen to Hiroki. Hiroki pulled out four kunai and held them up in front of him.
"Fine!" Hiroki said as he threw them at Zukuto.
The kunai sailed toward Zukuto and he stood still. Jin wondered why he wasn't moving away from them. The kunai hit their target...and shattered on impact. Hiroki stumbled back a bit and grabbed another kunai. Jin and Yogi stared wide eyed at what had happened. Hiroki charged Zukuto and slashed at him. Zukuto ducked and the swipe went over his head. Hiroki followed up by pivoting and kicking his left leg at Zukuto. Zukuto caught his leg and lifted him up until Hiroki was eye level with him...upside down.
"Do you see now?" Zukuto said. Hiroki grimmaced and pushed away from Zukuto and charged him again with an overhead blow. Zukuto dropped to his knee and puched the ground. The ground split apart and Hiroki fell into the fissure. Zukuto walked over to the opening and looked inside.
"Make no mistake, I want to help you but only if you will trust me." Hiroki folded his arms and sat in the ground frowning.
Zukuto picked him up out of the ground and set him down on his feet.
"Enough of this fooleshness, lets just leave," Kaori said.

(((OOC: okay, you played my characters ok, all considered... but you still deserve to be hit over the head with a toaster oven. god- modding is kind of a pet peeve for me, so let's limit it when we can, shall we?)))
At Kaori's words, Yogi and Jin brightened visibly. Jin couldn't wait to train with these guys- she was giddy with anticipation at all the cool new tactics she could learn.
Yogi stretched out his hand to Hiroki to help him up. Hiroki ignored the offer and stood up alone. Everyone thought that he was going to be skulky for a while, his pride was so hurt.
Hiroki smiled to himself. Part of the advantage of being blind was that nobody could read your eyes, the window to the soul. He had not really been trying to outdo the three ninja: he had only wanted to learn their special techniques in case he ever had to fight them. No doubt they had still more powerful abilities, but he would take what little he could get from this encounter. Then again, they were allies, so they wouldn't have to fight, right? Hiroki seriously doubted this concept, and decided that he would reserve his trust...
"ALRIGHT!!" shouted Jin, punching her fist into the air. "SOoooo...Sand Country, huh? Let's go!" and she leapt off into the forest.
"The Sand Counry is the other way, Jin." Hiroki called after her.
Jin fell out of the trees and landed with a crash to the forest floor. Quickly she scampered back to the group, a sweatdrop rolling off her head as she grinned sheepishly.
"Damn... even the blind kid has a better sense of direction..." she heard someone mutter as the group walked off on their quest.

(( I appologize for that but i was so used to writing Merodi and Kaori (Stu and Michi's abandoned characters) that i forgot what i was doin'. Won't happen again )) Zukuto lead the new group through the trees with Kaori and Merodi flanking on either side. They traveled in a triangle formation the entire way as to keep eyes in every direction possible to avert would-be attackers. Jin jumped up closer to Zukuto and looked at his face for a moment, thinking about something. "You're that girl i saw back in Konoha aren't you?" Zukuto asked as if reading her mind. Jin nodded. "What were you doing there that day?" she asked. "I had never seen a Waterfall villager until then. "Well," Zukuto began, "I was actually treating my partner Faari Sutsu, a Konoha Genin, to some "after dinner fish." I noticed you right after i ordered my fish. You were looking at me strangly so i looked back, attempting to look just as strange." Jin blushed and Zukuto chuckled. "I'm only kidding. You know your quite pretty, I guess that's what caught my eye." Zukuto shrugged and continued on ahead, leading the group more into the forest. ((I guess you can go next Wrath, i didnt want to go into your character again like last time so go ahead. That's the reason this one is short lol. I remembered that you noticed me in Waterfall village and was like, hey, ill bring that up again))

Just to the east of Sutsu and his captors, was Zukuto and the gang. They had no idea that they were being watched by Gen and his subordinates.
"Heh heh heh... we found those suckers finally... Now we can wring them dry of their blood." Gen said as he prepared his supplies.
Without warning, a kunai flew and struck Gen's left arm, followed by someone grabbing Sutsu and making a rapid dash away from there. They came from the East so they were now headed to where Sutsu's friends were.
While Ridai was running with Sutsu in her arms, she made hand signs to release Sutsu's possessive state and return him to normal. Upon finishing the hand signs, Sutsu's eyes cleared up and looked normal again. He softly whispered to himself, "What happened... oh wait... Gen..."
"It's ok Sutsu. You're safe now." Ridai comforted as she finally brought him back to Zukuto, Merodi and Kaori.
Sutsu looked at Merodi for a moment, then glomped her as they started crying. He was glad to be alive and not have been slain by Gen. Everyone was smiling and was relieved he came back.
"Zukuto... we should probably get out of here. Gen is just west of here, and I'm sure he wants to get us." Ridai informed him.
"Zukuto... who are... these guys?" Sutsu asked as he pointed at the three new ninja he had never seen before.

((OOC: This is probably my worst post ever but i just had to get us out of that forest so we can get along with he rp))
"Gen's here?!" Zukuto exclaimed. "I will not let him get away this time."
"Zukuto, no," Ridai said putting her hand on his shoulder. "Now isn't the time. We have to leave."
Zukuto gritted his teeth and gripped his fist tightly. "Fine. Follow me, I know the fastest way out of here."
Zukuto jumped up into the trees followed closely by the others. They raced at full speed to get out of the forest before Gen got to them. They jumped from tree to tree without any interference until a sharp whistling sound caught Zukuto's ear.
"Watch out!" he exclaimed as he jumped in front of the group. Three kunai struck him and ricocheted away. "Keep moving, we have to get out of the forest!"
The group continued running through the trees, now batting away kunai as they went. From behind Jin a person jumped from the trees and shot out toward her with his fist. Zukuto jumped to the rear of the group and cocked his fist back.
"Kyouseiyajuu Dageki!" Zukuto exclaimed as his fist glowed blue with chakra build up. He struck the man in the chest and sent him hurtling back into the forest. Jin slowed and looked back at what had happened to her would be attacker. Zukuto jumped back to her and picked her up. "We can't fall behind! C'mon!"
The group ran relentlessly for what seemed like an eternity until they saw the end of the forest.
"There it is!" Ridai exclaimed. "Hurry! We haven't got that far to go!"
As they approached the ending of the forest, six ninja jumped from the foliage above and landed in front of them. The group suddenly stopped and pulled out their weapons. Jin, Yogi and Hiroki drew their kunai, Ridai charged two chakra kunai in her hands, Kaori drew four needles in each hand. Merodi made a hand sign, Sutsu snapped his whip out and Zukuto jumped ahead and stood poised ready to fight.
"Hah," the ninja in the middle commented. "My brother told me about you guys. About how he took you all down so easily. It's a shame that I get the glory of killing you and not him."
"Your Gen's brother?" Merodi asked.
"I am, and I am just as powerful as he's ever been. Boys, attack."
The five other ninja jumped out at them simultaneously. Zukuto flipped backwards, catching the first ninja in the jaw, putting him down instantly. The second one attacked Sutsu, but Sutsu wrapped his whip around the ninja's neck and pulled hard, snapping its neck. The third went for Kaori and Merodi. Kaori unloaded all of her needles on her target, injecting him with eight different types of toxins. The ninja stood stiff as he slowly began to die. He lifted his kunai in a last attempt to throw it but Merodi detonated it in his hand. The fourth ninja went after Ridai, but he was killed quickly with a chakra kunai in his forehead. The last of the attacking ninja went for Jin, Yogi and Hiroki who scrambled to get out of the way. Jin managed to throw hers at the back of the ninja's leg. It stuck in and he yelled in pain. Yogi and Hiroki then both jumped simultaneously and punched him in the face. The ninja dropped to the ground. The group then turned to see Gen's brother. He grimaced and signed something. He yelled out an unintelligible language and from his arm he pulled out a sword.
"You will die!" he shouted running at them. The group stood in a line. They all threw a barrage of Kunai and Chakra kunai at him. He parried a few but was hit by some in the leg and in the shoulder. He lifted his hands to slash at Sutsu when Zukuto jumped up behind Gen's brother and brought his fist down on the back of his neck. Gen;s brother hit the ground, but wasn't dead. He screamed and yelled as he tried to move but couldn't: Zukuto had paralyzed him. He shouted profanities and empty threats as the group turned and jumped from the forest.

Gen walked walked out from behind the trees and to his brother. His brother opened his eyes to see his brother stnading next to him.
"Help...me," he pleaded.
"You have failed me," Gen said as he strapped an explosive tag to his back. He walked away from his brother in the direction of the group. He looked off into the distance and then dissapeared ina flash of smoke.
From inside the forest and loud explosion rang out.
