Blah blah blah the whole animal slaughter in these pictures so all of you who think that animals are our equals and shouldn't be hurt turn back now. This was on the first day of actually setting camp, which in reality was about the third day. For those of you who have not noticed I am cutting the bottom out of a bucket. Why you ask? Well out in the middle of no where you have no toilets or anything out there. Enter the bucket, a roll of toilet paper, and a post hole digger. Wa-la you have a toilet. This is the Fifth day up in lovely Wyoming. I had seen no action what so ever the first day of hunting but the next day I got my deer by noon. This is the pose I took for the shot with my excessively large beanie, I downed the deer, hitting its spine, it dropped like a sack of potatoes then ricochet off and liquefied the lungs. This is my deer, gun, and me back at camp in front of the picture tree where everyone took pics of their kill and such. This is my second kill pose, this one was an antelope. The kill wasn't as clean as I would have liked it seeing as I blew out its shoulder blade and spine but didn’t do any major harm. Dad put a bullet to the base of the skull and put it down then I did the whole cleaning routine. My beautiful antelope, I won the 'prettiest antelope' contest with her and I have to say she was the prettiest. Small little horns and excellent color. Meats good too. This image is self explanatory. On our way into the nearest town and taxidermist we saw this sign and had to get a picture of it. It was even funnier when one of my hunting buddies said "They'll give us gasoline if we buy some chili!?" we all laughed at his expense.

COMMENTING TIME!!
Picture 1: Yah, this is why I won't be going camping in the middle of nowhere in this lifetime. No indoor plumbing = No Michelle.
Picture 2: What is the point of wearing camouflage if you're also going to be wearing a bright orange vest? I want that gun.
Picture 3: OHMYFREAKINGGOD THAT'S A DEER!!! WTF ARE YOU DOING WITH A DEER? IT'S NOT DEAD IT'S NOT DEAD IT'S JUST POSING FOR THE CAMERA!!! *runs off to cry*
Oh what's the point of pretending? It's eyes, once so full of life, are glazed over. This once proud and mighty deer will roam the plains of Wyoming no more; its deer-wife and deer-children will wonder what happened when Papa deer never comes back from his afternoon stroll. They will grow up, never knowing that their beloved father and husband was BRUTALLY AND VIOLENTLY SHOT DOWN IN COLD BLOOD. oh it makes me sad...
This is why I could never be a hunter. Because I have a conscience. A CONSCIENCE IS THAT LITTLE VOICE INSIDE YOUR HEAD THAT TELLS YOU NOT TO SHOOT DEER!!!
Picture 4: .....I see you....
Picture 5: *hysterical sobbing* See the comment for picture 3, only insert 'antelope' instead of 'deer'
Picture 6: ....It's not talking about gasoline..?

Commenting Time! Pic 1: Hooray! Strange campfire tales!! Pic 2: Your beanie is insanely large. Pic 3: Very nice shot, I LOVE the tree behind it! Where's my camera?!.......Oh yea. the deer is also cool. Pic 4: Hooray the beanie is gone! Although I have a question. Why were you wearing green camo while hunting on the plains? Dont you peeps have desert storm attire? I hate when the happens, ya get out there, realize that almost nothing is green and ya sit there going....shit. Despite the fact that the animals are colorblind. Pic 5: Ya know ya kept telling me that Id gt some of this meat... strangely i havent seen a piece of it...hmmm... Pic 6: LOL!! COMMENTING THE COMMENT! Pic 1, spazz's comment: Wrong spazz, YOU are coming camping w/ me and spirit. And you WILL like it. ;D Pic 2, SC: You wear camo so the animals do not see you. You wear orange so other hunters DO see you and you do not get shot. Animals are color blind (and stupid). NO we are NOT giving you a high-powered rifle. Pic 3, SC: spazz look at the deer. He aint old enough to raise a family. The perversion in his right antler was probably the outcome of the rutting season(early of course, his antlers were prob still soft), which means he probably lost to an older deer, which means he doesnt have kids. Pic 4, SC: ......... Pic 5, SC: ......... yea, ill have to agree (*is ashamed*) with spazz on this one. YOU SHOT A DOE?! Sacrilege! Pic 6, SC: *sighs* *note to all readers: SC does not stand for Santa Clause. *************** *note to Erbis: You must post a warning sign b4 posting pics like this. "Blah blah blah blah Animal slaughter..." is NOT a warning sign. It is illegal to shoot a deer and put its head on you car. For the same reason behind the law you must let people know what their about to see. Spazz would have looked in this thread whether you warned her or not, but its the principle behind the point. *Runs off to edit site rules*

There were antelope EVERYWHERE they were snogging like jackrabbits and they sold tags at $2 a piece. A man had 12 of them eating his lawn for potatoes sake! And my warning is clear, you can't go off of Spazz as not understanding a warning. Does she understand anything??

And I still say that the warning I put up was suitable. It's pretty clear of what the pictures show.

Were you dropped as a small child?
"Blah blah blah blah Animal slaughter..." is NOT a warning sign.
The sad part is, that is literally what you put! Warn them or your thread will be deleted and your ass will be banned for a while. *is getting really tired of this game*
You don't have to edit anything, I was simply telling you for future reference.

No what I literally put was "Blah blah blah the whole animal slaughter in these pictures so all of you who think that animals are our equals and shouldn't be hurt turn back now." And that makes perfect sence to me that there is pictures of less then alive animals. And if someone like me could under stand it then I don't see the problem.

Well for one your sentence is grammatically incorrect. It sounds like you had 2 different thoughts and didn't know how to word them separately so you simply squished them together and put a period at the end.
If someone like you could understand it, then its ok? There is no one else like you (thank god). You're the frickin hunter, of course YOU dont see the problem.
Half of the things that come out of your mouth don't make sense to anyone around you. Do you expect us to read your mind?

they were snogging like jackrabbits 0.o Jackrabbit snoggage? So, out of curiosity, what part of Wyoming were you in? I went to Wyoming in early July of 2005, after I got back from Japan, and I went to.. Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, and a little baby townlet where my mum lived for a while called Dubois. I didn't molest any of the wildlife, though I tried to make friends with a bird (some kind of grouse) whilst hiking 12 miles down a mountain in flipflops, and it tried to attack me. Other adventures included jacking some hot spring water for funsies and attempting to find the underdark in a cave but abandoning the attempt when claustrophobia kicked in.

The camp was in the middle of the wilderness, hints the bucket. But the closest town where we got the taxidermy done was in the South West region....past Casper. Don't remember what it was.

Hahaha, Char your Wyoming adventures sound fun like pigs.
The underdark experience also sounds slightly reminiscent of our let's-go-walk-to-starbucks experience. ;D Only it was heatstroke that made us turn back rather than claustrophobia.

SHHH! We weren't going to mention that, remember?
Or should I bring up some of your "Hey, Char, let's jump off this bloody huge sand dune and see if we die when we hit the bottom?" moments? ;D

No no, it isn't important.
Though for the record, we didn't die - we just had mass amounts of fun. Though it did hurt a little.
