((Ok peeps, if u have never played Final Fantasy X then i suppose i shall post an explanation.))
The world is called Spira. There are a few different races:
Human
Guado (they look like humans, just a little off with green hair and study magic and the dead.)
Al Behd (Humans, they speak an odd language and are outcasts from the world because of thier use of technology. They have planes, bombs, and even some cannons)
Ronso (They look like tigers, but stand and walk like humans, and they are different colors, with one horn protruding from thier forehead. They have great strength, never lie, and contain a sort of hobbit-like wisdom. Not known for cunning or surprises, only valor. There aren't a whole lot of them, and usually are only found around Mt. Gagazet, th 'Holy Mountain' that leads to Zanarkand)
There are also different types of people. Thier 'jobs' or such.
Summoners- They make a pilgramige around Spira, and summon Aeons, great monsters, to fight for them in battle. Thier job is to defeat Sin. The fayth are those who gave their life fighting Sin, when some die, they use their power as aeons.
Gaurdians- They protect summoners on thier pilgramige. The world is not a friendly place. They are not paid for thier job, and they would give thier lives if need be. Nobody knows, but at the end of the summoners journey, the gaurdian they love the most will become the Final Aeon, which after it defeats Sin, becomes Sin.
Crusaders- People who try to fight Sin army-fashion. Only summoners can defeat Sin however, but they try the stupid way.
Priests- Go around preaching about Yevon (thier savior of some sort and try to teach everyone that machina is bad. They banished the Al Behd. Can be found around various temples, and gather in Bevelle.
Sin- A giant whale-ish thing that destroys everything. It can only be defeated by a summoner who has completed the pilgrammige, and after it dies, it comes back every ten years. Stupid Sin...
P.s. - there are no guns. If you are Al Behd, grenades are your limit. (some preist- soldiers use dinky rifles, and there might be one Al Behd ship on the planet equipped with good guns.)
Aeons:
Valefor: Relitively weak compared to the others, but really fast. Non- elemental, but overdrive starts out impressive. Low hp, defense, magic, and attack. Can be found in Besaid temple.
Ifrit: Looks like some kinda demon. Huge, and engulfed in flames. Fire elemental, knows fire magic. Overdrive is elemental. He's not really fast but has huge HP and good defense. Makes a nice punching bag. Can be found at Kilika Temple.
Ixion: Specialises in electric magic, can absorb and is epowered by lightning. Only knows thunder magic. Incredible speed, low defense and attack. Can be found in Mushroom Rock temple, Djose. Looks like an un-dead unicorn.
Shiva: An ice elemental. Looks like a woman with pale blue skin, bright indigo hair. Extremely fast, but low hp. Knows Ice magic. Can be obtained in Macalania Temple.
Buhamet: Looks like a dragon, sort of, walks upright, with colorful, feather like wings, and is covered in purple and red scales. There is a giant gold wheel on his back that can emit a devestating ray of energy. Knows a lot of magic, and good defense and attack, but low magic power and speed. Is in the temple of Bevelle
Anima: considering Anima's special circumstances and unbelievable power, it might not be reasonable to use her in a rp.
Magus Sisters: Three bug like humanoids who work together, and are very effective, though comical to watch. Don't really follow specific orders, and sometimes won't even obey them or ask for a summoners opinion. Can be found in a hidden temple near the Great Plains.
Locations:
Bevelle: The capital of Spira. Though it seems to be the spring of Yevon, no one really knows how many dark secrets they are hiding...
The Home: Is the one secret city of Al Behd. It is hidden, only Al Behd know where it is. (Though it really is in the center of Bikanel Desert, an island.)
